Stylized Harbor Props

A stylized, hand-painted harbor prop pack for fantasy or medieval games, featuring optimized low-poly models, modular dock pieces, two boats, and over 75 decorative assets.

This stylized, hand-painted harbor prop pack is designed for fantasy, pirate, or medieval settings, offering optimized low-poly assets with consistent visuals. It’s well suited for building ports, docks, and shoreline environments while maintaining strong performance and visual cohesion.

This pack includes 2 boats, 11 modular dock pieces, and 75+ decorative props. All models feature clean pivots and are ready to use in Unity.

Includes 89 unique, low-poly models, split into two optimized albedo texture (2K or 1K) – no normal maps or extra materials needed.

Supports Built-in, URP, and HDRP with materials and prefabs ready for each.

Modularity and variation are built into the assets:

  • Dock pieces follow a 2-meter standard and can be easily snapped using Unity’s grid system. Ramps go down either 1 or 2 meters.
  • Lantern and bucket feature rotatable handles.
  • Chest can be opened and includes rotatable handles
  • Sailboat comes in three variations; sail down, sail rolled up, and no sail
  • Dock crane comes with a detachable pallet
  • Bottles are provided both with and without corks
